Fuzzy Set Model 3 This is a "balanced mean" fuzzy set with 3 membership functions. This is a Fuzzy Set close to the regular one. High/Low states are only a little more separated State representation is here not quite constant. This model is quite similar to Model 0 (Regular), however "100%" levels are closer to range boundaries
