This is a balanced mean fuzzy set with 5 membership functions (all our fuzzy
sets are 0-mean).
State representation is not 100% balanced (avg not constant).
This is a "relatively undecisive" fuzzy set model (cf. chart), as High/Low
states require higher levels to be determined as such.
